You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Free-tier access may be limited or modified at our discretion.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by BioIntel and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit but grant us a license to process it for providing our services. Analysis reports generated by BioIntel may be used by you for your internal business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioIntel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
