We use collected information to provide and improve our regulatory intelligence services, process your analysis requests, communicate service updates, and develop new features. Your product data is used solely for generating compliance reports and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance. All analysis data is stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel only.
Analysis submissions and reports are retained for the duration of your account. Free-tier analysis data may be retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.
BioIntel uses select third-party services for authentication, payment processing, and infrastructure. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only as directed. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. BioIntel does not use third-party analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or similar tracking technologies. We may use limited first-party telemetry solely for product reliability, performance monitoring, and usability improvement.
